- DBDestiny Bernard3 days ago2.0I am a regular at 7brew and usually love the atmosphere and customer service. However, there are a few employees at this location who have really bad attitudes and should be fired. There were two girls who were working the evening shift on October 11th 2026. When I pulled in they were talking to the car in front of me for about 10-15 minutes, showing them tiktoks and laughing, holding up the line behind us. I believe one of their names was Shanise. Then when we finally got our drinks, she didnt even address us but made a sarcastic comment about our drinks. A previous time, I pulled into the drive thru and the same girl, Shanise, rolled her eyes and shook her head as she walked to my window. The district manager, Tina, needs to fire these girls immediately. I am not the first customer to complain about these girls. Please reevaluate the employees at this location.

- AAAbby arevaloOct 4, 20261.0All the staff there are ALWAYS RUDE and still except a tip. When they first opened they were great but throughout time its seemed like their attitudes got worse. Making me not want to go anymore. They can never have a smile on their faces.
- DBDebbie BlankeOct 2, 20265.0For a crew that has to work in the rain, the heat, the cold.....and then tolerate people who think he crew should hurry faster because you didn't leave the house in enough time..............I have found them to be polite, friendly, and helpful. I look forward to seeing them every time I go there. And the drinks are out of his world! If you can' find something you like, something is wrong with you!!!
