  The drinks have been good but the past two visits the employees have been so rude. Came up to the car and said “what can I get you”. Very snappy and lots of attitude. The lady handing out drinks is very nice and friendly

  Great drinks, horrible service. Employee handed us our drinks with an attitude and didn’t say one word. Walked off without even handing us straws.

  Great staff and the best coffee. I didn’t know about this place for a while and was a little intimidated to order. The staff made the experience wonderful.

  I am not including any employee names because it doesn’t really matter who the individual is. I was going through the drive through on a hot summer day. I asked the employee running drinks if I could move my car out of the sun, to which she responded that she could not let me pull into the shade because she would have to walk 2 steps around my car. I told her I was happy to get clearly out of the way and she gave me an attitude. There have been other examples at this location of terrible customer service as the employees speak to you as though you are bothering them. My drink has been completely wrong on multiple occasions which I normally wouldn’t mind, but their drinks are $8 and I included a tip.
