I paid extra for a $2.50 cup of gravy, then heard the manager loudly complaining about how they didn’t have gravy to his crew while they were prepping my order..got told it would be 5min, waited 25min..got an extra boritto for the wait, which, fair, and thank you , but.. the boritto has sausage gravy in it.. why didn’t I get the extra side of gravy I paid for? I was really looking forward to that. I don’t get to go out much, but when I can afford it and I have a taste for something, it makes my day,my week, my whole summer when I get the perfect taste, the fries and chicken and white gravy combo…
I know y’all make hundreds of meals every week,but let me please impart this upon you. You’re just doing your job to make those meals, but please have joy in your hearts if you can because the ppl that are buying those meals, maybe it’s the only thing they were looking forward to that week, the one thing they could splurge on. Make it good. Make it worth it.
Managers are rough, and they’re mean, and they’re tired, and I get it, but, like, please, just read the ticket and put the sauce in the bag.
