  I ordered onion rings with my meal, and I received a clump of fried onions stuck together. I asked the car hopper if I could get a different fresh order. He seemed as if I irritated him by asking. He stated that all of them look like that. When a new person brought my new order out....THEY LOOKED WORSER than the first batch. Sonics use to be my spot but now im going to have to find me another place unfortunately. I sent email in to the address on my receipt about my order. Do Better Sonics💯

  Nothing of our order was correct. Burger was burnt and dry. The person taking the order didn't even know how to substitute an item. Asked for a coke float and got told we couldn't get it with our order when the menu clearly said we could. I asked for no lettuce and my burger and got nothing but lettuce and tomato smaller then the 1 pickle. Onion rings looked like they was the last of the batch half waa cooked and the other half with burnt and hard like a rock. Asked for a foot long coney got a hotdog with chili and onions, no cheese on it! Very disappointing! Got to pull out to leave and all you see is the workers smoking a cigarette and one serving food walking with their pants down. The lady who brought our food was very sweet though.
