- CLCarolina LeeJun 30, 20261.0On June 28th, I ordered two medium pizzas for $37 to be delivered at the front of rec room in southern pines during a vendor market. I put specific instructions on how it should be delivered and to where. The driver was Jennifer and she completely bypassed my instructions. I got a notification on my app that the pizza was delivered but to who? Not to me. I called, explained the situation - how my pizza was nowhere to be found and Jennifer did not deliver it to me. They gave me two options - 1, send a new order free of charge but wait an extra hour because they were behind even though this was their fault or 2, refund me so I accepted to proceed with a refund and they assured me that the money will drop into my account and that they would void the transaction. HOWEVER - today comes and I noticed that the purchase was posted on my account WITH a tip included. Meaning they did not void the transaction and went out of their way to add the tip into the POS system because someone decided to leave a tip and dominos went for it. This dominos location might be the worst I’ve ever dealt with - they believed it was okay to steal from me so I ended up with a $47 charge on my account for pizza I didn’t even get to enjoy and some random family probably did and it’s not my job to feed other families. So essentially someone stole from me twice - dominos and this family and it all stems from Jennifer not delivering it to me. I ended up having to make a dispute with my bank but I really wanted to be civil and deal with this on the back end with dominos but instead here’s my review - all of you suck :)

It wasn’t their fault and then she finally listened and I explained to her what had happened and so she said that she would put it on my number so that I could get my wings the next time I ordered so I called today to get my order of wings with another pizza and they told me that they did not have a record of it so they can’t give them to me so once again we were robbed by the Aberdeen Domino’s Pizza, and they don’t care their service is lousy. Their managers are ill trained, and uneducated. They have no decorum whatsoever in dealing with customers and they don’t care if they rip you off so I would never ever buy a pizza from here again.
