  Food was soggy, moldy fries, waiter was nice, but found a rat in bathrooms. Overall pretty dirty, poor food, better chooses out there.

  Came here to pickup a large uber eats order, 22 items. The lady expediting packed up one seemingly small bag. When I asked her is this all of it 22 items she assured me it was. I get to the customer and they called to tell me it was 8 items. Call to report the issue asking for a manager and she says they aren't available for 15 to 20 minutes. I ask for her name she said she isnt required to say her name. Drive down here to complain about it and really felt like it didn't even matter to them. Its sad to see what was a customer service job turned into I could care less. 3.5 stars for a reason...everyone turns their back to the front counter and is clearly irritated by the customers paying their wages

  Drive thru order didn't have everything I ordered. Called when I got home about the shortage of food very friendly staff and zero issues getting replacement order of shortages. Drove 10 minutes to pick up replacement and they messed up my order again. I specifically told them I wanted regular cheese burgers not plain cheese burgers for some reason that wasn't understood they gave me plain cheese burgers. I left with plain cheese burgers because apparently there was an issue with listening.
