Staff was condescending and did not offer to help with the situation. I noticed a help wanted sign on the door. Perhaps no one wants to work with the current employees idk. Basically the worst location I have ever been to. Subway is putting Jimmy John's to shame.

- BSBrian SmithAug 17, 20264.0Should be a one star, but I understand how hard it is to find employees. I also understand we are human and we are not perfect. Most people order for lunch, like I have. An hour and half later no delivery. Called and they said that they have hired out the delivery but they never came and pick it up. I would highly recommend getting this down better so customer who order for lunch can actually eat on their lunch! Ultimately calling back and canceling the order. I hope this review helps and doesn’t damage the reputation, but to teach and help better their operation.
