  Well.. I would like to give them a zero but have to rank them somehow. Order food. Never received it. After 75 min (ETA for delivery which is a bad start anyway) No call no nothing just a coupon discount for the next order. Nothing else followed from the store. They never contacted me by phone or email. Tried to call the store multiple times that night and the next day, no answer. Contacted Corporate and their response was they couldn't help because this was a locally owned store which is really sad that Dominos has no control (I think not). Will never buy Dominos again. I will take my money elsewhere. There's plenty of good pizza out there.

  I have lived near this dominos for the past 4 years and ordered them frequently. I always had pleasant experiences with them, until today. In the past they were quick and food came fresh, if there were any issues they were very helpful and willing to fix it. I haven’t ordered here in a couple months and today was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any food place. Took an hour before it even got to the delivery phase, whatever they must be busy. I live only 10 minutes away, the app showed the driver sitting at a place about 5 minutes away shortly after going to the delivery phase. The app was showing the driver sitting there for a while I called to check in and was told the delivery driver was 5 minutes away. It took the driver an hour to deliver the pizza, my boyfriend asked him when he arrived what took so long and his excuse was delivering across town. He asked if the food was even warm anymore and the driver was very rude and just kept coming up with excuses, saying there is nothing he could do. The food was cold and stale. If you have deliveries backed up ahead of others get them delivered first, or deliver the closer orders first. Running across town then back with the food getting cold makes no sense. I tried to call back to get the issue fixed and they won’t answer. Never eating here again.

  I was on this side of town and hadn’t bought dominoes in many months. The app said 15-24 minute wait, so I submitted my order. After 26 minutes, I showed up and they hadn’t even started it yet (even though the app said he started it 6 minutes after I submitted). I am now at the 45 minute mark waiting and it’s saying it’ll be done at the 55 minute marking. 1000% I wouldn’t have put this order in had I known it would be this kind of wait, this is absolutely unnecessary and despicable. Idk if it’s on the employees working or the garbage app system they have to work with, but I did not run into this issue in the 7 years I was in Bozeman. The app was always fairly accurate (within 5 minutes, so VERY ACCEPTABLE). Me getting my pizza 40+ minutes after promised is just wild. Edit: and when I finally got home, there’s a random olive on my pizza. Not the end of the world but goes to show how bad this crew is. I’ve worked in the food service industry for decades and would never allow that noticeable olive to be on a pizza that didn’t request it. I’d get it if somehow it was hidden but it’s in plain sight. This location is trash Second edit: I suppose I should’ve waited until home and done with the food for this review but I started off upset. Whoever cut the pizza didn’t cut it properly, hence the photo. And looking deeper past the random olive, I noticed there’s only 1 pineapple piece on 4 of the 8 slices. Not 1 per slice but one pineapple slice on 1 piece and 3 others have 0. And then a ton of pineapple on the others. I can pick em off and place them where needed but this just hammers home the point of this awful visit I just had. If it’s gonna take close to an hour, tell me and I won’t put the order in. If the product is gonna be trash, be better. This is easily the worst dominoes experience I’ve had in the last 8 years and I’ve definitely ordered dominoes 50+ times in that time span. This is bs

  We ordered dinner at 7:30ish pm and it is now 10:18 pm . I still have not received my ordered. An we are just staying 0.3 miles away at the grant creek best western plus hotel. I called at 9:45pm and they said the delivery driver was on the way. I just called again was told the same thing once again about the driver should be here real soon and if not here in ten minutes to call back for assistance 😒 😑 what can they offer me after 3 hours of waiting for my food which was just one pepperoni pizza and some wings not a very difficult order to fill. Do not need a masters degree in order to fill this food request. It is now almost (10:45pm) 11:00pm and our food has not arrived still. I am going to just cancel my oder. I am tired of waiting. Plus it is 32 degrees outside and the driver has had that food in the car for over an hour out for delivery. Worest service ever. 11:55pm and just called and ask for our money back and they hung up on my wife. Called back again and they accused of of trying to rip them off for a pizza and we are in our 60s not a bunch of kids trying to pull a fast one on them. Now half the food place around here are closed for the evening.
