  Customer service was trash from the girl at the intercom. She interrupted me and was super snarky when I asked questions. Fella at the window was super nice though!!

  Went in to get ice cream with my family at night after we had all had a long day, we ordered and everything was fine except for my daughters blizzard she got the Oreo and asked to add brownie and there was no brownies in it. We had spoken to the manager a heavily set fella and he was very rude and disrespectful starting we never ordered it that way and that there was nothing they could do. Will never be back…

  Wife ordered chicken sandwich. It came bare of condiments like catsup etc. Nobody asked what she wanted. I had written my burger order and she gave it to them. The tomatoe and pickle were so thin I could see light through them. The mustard and catsup squirts were so small I couldn't taste them until I got to the middle. The bun....stale and tasteless. The meat: pre cooked?? This was our first time at DQ. And last.

  We ordered on the app. We were there at 3:30 Went in to get our $57.00 order, 7 blizzards and 4 sundaes.All I heard was how they hated mobile apps and catering from them. When my order was ready, I said geez the one sundaes looks sad .the kid said yeah it does. Didn’t care at all that I was unhappy even though I kept complaining about it. I left went back in and asked his name as he had no name tag . He said it was NOLAN. I don’t know if he is just a jerk or trying to impress the several young ladies behind me, as they were laughing at his I don’t care attitude as I was complaining. Very bad customer service from him with his I don’t give a crap attitude. I hope somebody talks to him about it! Carla SaBell
