- VBValerie BayerSep 26, 20261.0The service counter (where food is plated AND at the cashier) and tables were dirty. No one was cleaning up anything. The cashier was unfriendly and very short. I was told the profit magin on the guac was quite small so that's why it is so expensive. Will you still be open next year?

Sometimes you get blasted with salt and no flavor. Other times it's like the meat is off or doesn't taste like real meat (looking at you "steak").. The chips are always stale. And the people behind the counter seem to go out of their way to give you smaller portions than I've ever seen at a chipotle.

- DJDawn JAug 24, 20261.0The portions used to be alot bigger, for $3 for Chips, open the bag, they are all crumbs. I also purchased Quacamole, the kid scraped the 1/3 pan barley call it an 1 ounce. When I asked for more, he rolled his eyes at me, placing hard on the counter to obtain more, then he doesn't even hand me my food or push across the counter. I am elderly and I had to REACH ACROSS to get my food. The cashier wasn't any better! After today, I won't be back when Chipotle was one of my favorite places to eat.... Pure disappointment

I had to ask for a second scoop of basically everything that was added to the bowl to get the regular amount I would get at many other locations, I’ve been in Florida and Bozeman recently and visited Chipotle there so I know the correct portions across the board.
