I walked out back to the car after getting my food just to realize I hadn’t gotten my frosted lemonade. While waiting for food, I noticed what appeared to be the manager, not speaking kindly to her employees, kinds like she liked being in charge. Also, I got the nuggets instead of the strips I ordered, but it was too late when I realized

Last week we decided to give it a go again and it was the worst yet. They completely left out my daughters fry, and even worse my husbands medium fry had like 3 fry’s in it. The container was almost empty. I had decided to try the chips and took a couple bites and they tasted rancid and they were expired. My nuggets were so disgustingly soggy I had to air fry them for 10 min. My husband’s sandwich was cold and soggy. We literally got our take out and went home they barely sat. What bothers me even more is I have contacted chick fil a 3 different ways and it has been a week and no response.

This is THE worst location I have ever visited. Texas California and many others location visited. The Missoula location is by for not the same brand and Leadeship of any other CHICK FIL A culture! Roman and Veronica are the managers and they are no where to be found! Lazy Leadeship at this location

Once you’re in line, you’re stuck.When we finally got to the window, we had to pull around and wait another 10 minutes for our food to be brought out. We literally spent 45 minutes in line and waiting for two orders of nuggets, a sandwich and Mac and cheese. 0/10 Do not recommend. They need to take a lesson from other Chickfila restaurants and have people out in the line taking orders with tablets.
- ALAlona LitJul 17, 20261.0Wow I have never been to a more unorganized chick-fil-a. If I had known it would take almost an hour for an iced coffee I definitely would have skipped it. We stopped by during a road trip for a “quick stop” and it ended up taking an hour. I definitely don’t recommend to stop here if you don’t have that much time to waste. I heard it was a newer one, so maybe they just weren’t trained enough yet. But, I have always experienced better service at any other chick fil a I have visited. I had to ask at least 4 workers before one finally just went and made my drink and said it wasn’t on the screen. I was telling the others and showing my receipt and all just said it will “hopefully be out soon” without ever even checking the screens. I know it’s stressful to work fast food when it’s busy, but if it was better organized as chick fil a’s usually are, it would take out so much stress and make everything run way smoother. So, if you’re just passing through I would avoid this stop.
