  Seemed to be pretty slow service for only one other table in the restaraunt. From what I could see into the kitchen; they seemed very lost and confused. I had ordered a chocolate shake, and you could see they didnt even seemed to know it needed to be brought to the counter?

  Awesome place with kind, hard working and efficient employees! Am always glad to pick up doordash orders from here because I know I wont be waiting forever like a lot of other places. N im always gonna recommend the Rueben !! It really hits the spot n they dont skimp on their food like other fast food places. Get it while the gettin is good eh 😉

  My family drove through and ordered meals for 4 adults. When we got home in Hamilton, we were short a ruban sandwich! 4 days later we went to drop off family at airport and on returning to home, stoped by to get lunch and the assistance manager would NOT credit the missing sandwich! We will never go back and in our opinion, the manager was really rude! We then drove to brooks Street Arby's to get our food!

  Ordered my meal. Then said I Also need a Large jamoca shake. Wanted it separate. Not exchanged with anything for my meal. When the cashier asked here or to go ....I said here n typed to go n said to go very loudly. Making us very uncomfortable. After I said no for here...he said OH To Go Louder. I said no to stay. My woman and I wanted to eat here and feel comfortable to eat here. We'll just got my food surprising it looks inedible an unsafe to Osha or any other place that controls food guilty. I bet I puke in an hour. An the way he asked I wanted " whip cream " on my shake.....ooo I am certain they did something to it. So sad. I use to Love coming here. Then they say this on my review and corrected the mistake. They did nothing. Don't expect anything from this Arby's but disappointment
