Ask a question on why I didn’t get the deal on some chips. We have the app. Didn’t know we had to clip them on the app. Went to ask the lady by customer service and she was rude and no help at all. Been shopping there for a long time. Never had that experience before. Do better

Why can't you guys get the prices on your shelf tags match what you pay at the register. Dozens of times the price is higher at the checkout. Additional the the shelf tags are hard to read on the shelf tags. I've stopped shopping there for themselves part but occasionally if I want just a few items I will drop in for convenience sake. That ends today. Also your soft drink prices are way, way higher than anybody else's in town.

If you love wasting time you're going to love Albertsons! Whether it's the dumb app that requires tons of scrolling to find the same things you've bought for years or going store to store to see the same things out of stock or no longer carried, they're great at it! And don't forget the surprise prices at the checkout! Think meticulously following all the small details in their stupid app will get you lower prices, think again! It's a crap shoot if the deals actually get applied since they usually have conditions that you won't meet and will still pay higher prices when they don't get applied at checkout. The employees will be no help and usually are too busy chatting with each other ignoring you to care! Come on down and be abandoned by a company that stopped caring several corporate consolidations ago! Pay double since our advertised sales are lies! And if you can't figure out all the different sales that need multiple apps & websites to get, we don't care! Why go to a normal store and just get the price advertised when you can get do extra work and still be overcharged!
Not coming back.

Prices are very high, vendors restocking merchandise all over the store. Rolling carts pushed up, down and all around. Couldn't get thru half the store. Very infuriating. This was in the middle of the afternoon on a Tuesday. On the plus side most employees like cashiers etc were very friendly and happy to help.
