The customer service at the Starbucks is the worst and they have absolutely NO CLUE on how to make a drink right. Not worth it. Take that extra 10 min and drive to a better Starbucks. You’ll be wasting your money if you don’t.

They still get the four stars and I will continue to shop here for the simple fact they always make things right in the end. edited and given five stars. The staff here is just amazing in every way

There were major checkout issues—registers crashing, my cards scanned multiple times, and over 30 minutes before leaving store. The cashier was friendly and doing their job—it clearly wasn’t their fault, just system errors. However, after noticing an extra charge, I called on April 3rd and spoke with a store manager. He was dismissive, made no effort to look into what happened, and immediately agreed that I should dispute it with my credit card company instead of helping resolve a store error. Very disappointing and unprofessional response from management. Will not return and have been long standing customer.
