  Edit* not only was it almost two hours late but 2 of the pizzas werent anything close to what i ordered i either want my pizzas or money back Usually, I have no problem ordering here but recently my pizzas have been late. I usually order over the app and to pick it up at a specific time for example today ordered 3 pizzas at 6:05 over the app to be picked up at about 720. it is now currently 850 and I finally got my Pizzas And usually, I would order two pizzas and I would get it On time, but recently, I’ve had to wait anywhere between 30 minutes in an hour later than I’m supposed to pick it up And except for one person the staff is usually nice and welcoming. One of them even knows me by name I don’t know what’s been going on recently, but I would just like to pick up my pizzas on time

  OK. They had only a couple of people working there, but these guys are great. They worked hard to please us even though they were out of some things. The young man who took our order was funny, awesome, kind, and very helpful. He did the best he could with what he had. He also upsold us a s’mores brownie dessert, which was wonderful! With more help like this young man, this place would be fabulous! I don’t know his name, but it was Wednesday, June 10 at 6:30. I would have given a five if Pizza Hut would have had more help and not out of certain things!

  Whoever is in control here, You've gotta tell your customers that the wait times will be an hour and a half on 1 single pizza because you've got one guy working the entire store. Good food, terrible service, really hope they get it figured out!
