  Some of the best pizza from a Hut I've had in a very long time. The customer service was 100% the best I've ever had. Lewistown Pizza Hut is definitely on the up-swing again and I'm happy to see that!

  Worst place ive been to ever genuinely, it took 40+ minutes for a free thing of breadsticks and free personal pizza mind you i waited 20 minutes before i came and 40 at the window so over an hour and all they did was tell me itll be out in a few minutes and took 40 with no other customers either, this has happend so many times more than 4+ at least. I walked in after thirty minutes and the dude told me they hadn’t even started making it and it’ll take another 15. And when i got it, it was the wrong sauce they put Alfredo instead of garlic parm and my breadsticks had nothing on them. I ended up throwing it all away because it was cold and gross.

  Don’t expect them to be open during their posted hours. Placed an order online at 9pm and went to pick up at 9:15pm and doors were locked and when we called the number, it said they were closed.

  Sierra makes a bomb pizza, some of the best I have ever had! Unfortunately, she was the only person working the entire restaraunt today, and indicated that this is often the case. Poor girl seemed so incredibly stressed and several people left due to the long wait. Pizza Hut, do better! You are a giant corporation - hire some employees and pay them what they are worth!

  Ordered a pizza and bread sticks for delivery at 845 pm. Said it should be delivered by 930 pm. So I tried calling repeatedly. No one would answer. So I drove to the store. And they said they haven't even received my order yet. And give them a little and it would be delivered. Now its 1130...and still no pizza. Worst experience ever. I want a refund. I will never order from pizza hut again after this experience.
