  Don't order delivery unless you want your food to be handed off to doordash so it can stop at 3 other places first and finally show up an hour and a half later than it's supposed to.

  I don't order delivery or pickup very often, but any time I order with the Pizza Hut here, I always have great interactions with the staff! They're always very kind and sweet- tonight there was a mistake on my order, but when I called the person who answered the phone was very kind and had great customer service. They sent out a replacement pizza and were very professional and sweet and apologetic. Small delay aside, I enjoy ordering from this pizza hut if just because the staff I've spoken to are always so wonderful. Will be sure to order from this place again when I have the craving!

  This was a one‑star experience from the moment the app said my order was ready and I walked over to find the doors locked, the “dining room closed” sign looking like it had been sun‑bleached into permanence, and absolutely no indication of how a customer is supposed to pick up food they already paid for. I walked the building. Someone inside at the drive thru made eye contact, then disappeared. No one came over. I knocked on the glass — nothing. Went back to the front doors, knocked again — nothing. Tried calling the store, only to reach a central call center. Chose the option to be connected to the store: a dozen rings, then the call ended. Tried again. Same thing. Third time. Same thing. Called back and spoke to the call center rep, who said she’d contact the store manager. Instead, she transferred me… straight back to the store, where no one answered. Called again. At this point, I’d been standing outside for over 15 minutes. Asked for a refund. She said she’d call the manager — and instead transferred me again. Someone finally picked up at the store. After explaining everything, the employee told me they were “probably busy” and “didn’t see me at the window,” though she had no explanation for the person who looked directly at me earlier. I asked for a refund, no longer interested in the pizzas after 20+ minutes of trying to reach a human being. She said she’d process it. Days days later, I’m still waiting.
