  This was a one‑star experience from the moment the app said my order was ready and I walked over to find the doors locked, the “dining room closed” sign looking like it had been sun‑bleached into permanence, and absolutely no indication of how a customer is supposed to pick up food they already paid for. I walked the building. Someone inside at the drive thru made eye contact, then disappeared. No one came over. I knocked on the glass — nothing. Went back to the front doors, knocked again — nothing. Tried calling the store, only to reach a central call center. Chose the option to be connected to the store: a dozen rings, then the call ended. Tried again. Same thing. Third time. Same thing. Called back and spoke to the call center rep, who said she’d contact the store manager. Instead, she transferred me… straight back to the store, where no one answered. Called again. At this point, I’d been standing outside for over 15 minutes. Asked for a refund. She said she’d call the manager — and instead transferred me again. Someone finally picked up at the store. After explaining everything, the employee told me they were “probably busy” and “didn’t see me at the window,” though she had no explanation for the person who looked directly at me earlier. I asked for a refund, no longer interested in the pizzas after 20+ minutes of trying to reach a human being. She said she’d process it. Days days later, I’m still waiting.

  A few days ago I went to pizza hut with my wife and if i’m being honest, it was the best pizza hut experience i’ve had in decades. I’ve been going here for decades and I must say the food quality and service has excelled greatly over the past few months. The young lady with the hair dyed red and black was phenomenal with service and made us feel like we were at a high end establishment LOL! excellent manners and extremely quick with service. The food was excellent and the buffet we watched get replaced every now and then to avoid food from going stale. Excellent work Pizza Hut! 5 stars ⭐️

  Delicious pizza. Due to staffing issues we did not have a waitress and had to order at the counter...who cares; if you're eating pizza you need those extra steps! Staffing was kind, helpful and the restaurant was clean.
