  My food was very clearly microwaved and dried out, and I got a coffee with my breakfast which one says it supposed to have Caramel and whipped cream it had neither and a small amount of milk, before I even sipped the coffee I found crumbs and some type of cooking oil on top of the coffee, I also waited outside of the drive through wi how for 10 minutes before they even opened it to hand me a food or drink, overall the girl at the window was pretty nice but very poor food and drink.

  I ate here today and wanted to leave some honest feedback. The dining area was uncomfortably hot to the point where it felt hard to fully enjoy the meal. The staff working the front were doing their best, but it was clear how difficult the conditions were for them while working behind the counter and helping customers. It really felt like the environment wasn’t set up with employee comfort or safety in mind. I hope management considers adjusting the temperature or checking in on conditions more regularly—no one should be working in a space that feels that overheated.

  Expensive for microwaved food. I ate some-in and paid $15 for a pick 2, and the half chipotle avocado melt was still completely cold. When I brought it to the counter I was told they could “remake it” which I didn’t want, I asked for a coupon and I was told “oh if you let them know next time they’ll remake it.” I’ve worked fast food before I can already see how that goes over. Combined with the absence of a physical receipt at the kiosk.

  The lady manager, there is very short with people, from what I’ve experienced with her. She is not a nice person. I pity the people that work under her authority.
