  I dont normally complain but its 7am. 7am workers should not already be irritated, your shift just started. The lady kept giving us dirty looks after we asked for extra hot picante. we received our food half open. I got one of the new drinks and they didnt put the lid on fully so I had spilt it all over the car.

  Placed an order for breakfast 20 minutes early because I knew I wouldn't arrive in time to order in person. When I arrived only 3 minutes past when breakfast switched over to lunch to retrieve my food I was told my order was not made and waiting for me and that since breakfast time was over there was nothing they could do for me except cancel and refund my order! When I asked why my order wasn't made 23 minutes ago when I placed it I was told that when you order on the app the app uses your location services and doesn't send the order to the store until you are within 1 mile of the building and since I was running late it didn't even send my order to the store until 1031 am which was one minute after breakfast ended (you know that food was all still there, it wasn't in the trash and gone in less than 1 minute!) And I was told "if you want breakfast food maybe try being here on time next time" horrible customer service and horrible app ordering system!

  Waited 20 minutes for my order and never got it before having to leave for work and I also didn't get my money back either

  What you would expect from a fast food place. The food was warm and tasted good. They got it to me quickly through the drive through. Best thing on the menu is the sodas hands down, not sure what they do for the process but it works!
