  I decided to try it again because my last experience was not good Restaurant was not clean Again, not clean on Aug 3rd Food was ok but counters a mess, tables all dirty, floors a mess, glass dirty . Was well stocked and plenty of help and staff was pleasant. Very easy to clean areas to improve service and keep customers healthy Thanks

  Needed something good for dinner after a day in Glacier. Chipotle is always a safe bet for a good meal in any location. Well except this one. We did not check the reviews before stopping in but we should have! This location is nasty! If the health department stopped in when we were there they would be shut down. There was food all over the place, counter tops floors, The servers were so careless that the food was mixed into the other bins. Even the prep area was covered in debris. The dinning room was no exception with food and trash all over. The soda fountain has ice pilled high in the tray and water and ice were all over the floor. The music was so loud and the place was so off putting that we took the food and left. Oh yes the food, it was just thrown together like slop. The real issue was that it was so spicy that two of our meals could not be eaten. What is going on in this place? There is a complete lack of oversight. I am guessing the owner never checks on the place. Such a shame should have been a great experience.

  Food was good service was adequate, but it was very dirty inside, lots of flies and the tables were not cleaned.

  We really like Chipotle, because we can get gluten and dairy free food that is tasty and safe. Unfortunately, this restaurant was less than ideal. The workstations were messy, food spilled over everywhere. Our server tried to keep our food away from contamination, but other colleagues reached over our bowls with spoons dripping of sour cream. The drink station was littered. We had to ask for utensils as the container ran out. There was no trash receptical outdoors. Overall, we felt the management of the restaurant was lacking.

  Holy crap this place isnt functional. I was solo with 3 kids to help order. There was absolutely no service and no listening from the staff. I was gling back and forth from registering to the 12 year old on tortillas because the workers just kept shoving our food down to the cashier. Theres no direction, no communication, I was definitely overcharged and I couldn't even get a receipt because the manager is too sloppy to go get more fricking paper. The blonde girl said "you can take a picture of the transaction if you want." No, I want my receipt. Im missing food, I was overcharged, and treated like an inconvenience. The 2.8 is no surprise.
