8-13-26 smell of the bathrooms is overwhelming the dining area. Walked in today to get lunch and could smell that the bathrooms needed to be cleaned before I even walked past the host stand. Immediately walked out and probably won’t be back for a long time. This place has it’s ups and downs but I find myself avoiding this restaurant because the experience is usually not very satisfying. It’s a shame too because I love b-dubs’ product. Would spend much more money here if the service and cleanliness was better. Also the beer has always tasted “wrong” here. Dunno if it’s the co2 mix or if the lines don’t get cleaned often enough. This has been an issue for years

This place was so so. The service was good but the wings were mediocre at best. Also, how do you have a restaurant in Flathead County and not have Moose Drool but have like 15 other on tap beers.

I should have trusted the negative reviews before ordering takeout here. I made the mistake of not inspecting my order before I left, only to discover cold food and missing fries. They definitely need better quality control before handing orders to customers.

Worst bdub experience we've ever had. A lot of tables available but still had over a 20 minute wait, said they were short in kitchen staff. Waitress was okay. Food was not warm when finally came out. Restaurant was not very clean either. Usually our go to but not this location

My husband and I were out for the day and decided before going home to stop at Buffalo Wild Wings and make a to-go order. We walked in at 2:15, went to their to-go order side area away from the main check-in. The restaurant had maybe 15 guests, otherwise, wasn't busy. The server at the counter looked like she was busy doing something and asked if we could go to the bar to order. We weren't in a particular rush, I've worked as a waitress/server before, I get it, I don't mind. Nycia was our bartender/server. I usually have grace for food service workers. I get that at some point you begin to dislike or hate your job, it's a harder field to work in. However, don't take it out on the customers. Nycia came up, asked what we wanted, I let her know, we were sent over here to place a to-go order, is it okay for us to do so here? She said it's fine. She takes our drink orders and gave us time to order. She came back, took our orders, things seemed fine at this point. She had just one other person at the bar other than us. She placed our orders and was gone. For like 30 or more mins. We saw other orders going out, the guy next to us finished his food and was just sitting with us waiting. Three servers were on the other side of the bar talking, had time to start and finish their conversation. They had maybe two other to-go orders out while we were waiting. Nycia comes back. Goes to the other single guests as now, the other man waiting needed his check, and another fellow had came in and sat down. Another 5-8 mins. She finally comes overs, offers to refill our drinks, sure, thank you. I asked nicely "also, could you see how much longer our food would be?". She said she would, she slowly walked back there and was gone for an additional 10 mins. I don't know what went on and maybe she was indeed busy. I would have let it go and just mentally said, next time we're sitting down or going through DoorDash, etc. Nycia finally comes back with food. No sorry for the wait or asking if we need anything else, just says here's your food, I'll grab your bill. I decided to go through and check things were in the right order. I asked for sauce on the side and ranch. I happened to miss that my sauce was in there, I will admit that. However, her snarky response to this situation was uncalled for. She came back and I said hey, could you please grab the sauce I ordered, I don't see it in here. I wasn't being rude, I was just asking. She walks over, her face contorting into disbelief and said, I'll double check and poke around. Sure enough it was in there. She proceeds to pull it out, smirking as she was doing it and said, "Here it is". Places it back in the bag, takes our card and then halfway to her register, turns around and asks, "Oh, do you want an Extra one". "You know what, sure, I'll take one please, thank you". I sit there in disbelief as to why I was treated like a lying child caught with her hand in the cookie jar. I look at the time. It's 3:15. We have been here an hour waiting for food. We made no complaints. The restaurant wasn't busy or packed out. She never offered or gave us to-go cups since this WAS a to-go order. So, we finished our second refill and left. Needless to say, whether she was mad and taking out her co-worker frustration on us for having to deal with our to-go order, I don't know. She seemed happy and chipper to the single people coming to the bar and one of the regulars that she knew by name. I'm sorry if she was simply having a bad day, but that is no excuse for sassiness, snarkiness, lack of professionalism or anything. If she needed a break, go take one, but communicate if you're leaving your area if someone is being left waiting for an order or something. I apologize if I appeared as rude or acting like it, was not my intention to be and I hope she has a better day her next shift.
