  My son and I went through Arby’s got our food came home and ate it. Yes my beef and cheddar was missing the cheddar but with one easy phone call they were more than willing to make it right with me. It’s little things like this that I feel make a big difference in today’s world. Thank you to the young lady that took care of it and thank you to the great management of Kalispell Arby’s

  Food is good, but that's the only redeeming quality at this restaurant. The staff here is unfriendly at best, most looking like they hate their jobs. Service is terribly slow. Took a good 20 minutes to get our food. The entire building smells like mold, to the point I was worried about getting sick from it. I won't be back.

  Avoid this location! I went through the drive-through this morning to order two combo meals. The employee told me she was making them large. When I politely said a regular was fine, she claimed they were out of regular cups. I asked if I’d still be charged for the regular size, and she shockingly said NO—they were going to force me to pay for the large meals anyway because 'it wasn't their fault the truck didn't come in.'When I laughed out of pure disbelief and pointed out that a restaurant's supply chain issues certainly aren't the customer's fault, she snapped. She got incredibly aggressive and short, accusing me of yelling at her (I absolutely was not; I was literally laughing at how ridiculous the situation was). She then threatened to refuse my order entirely. I chose to drive off and eat elsewhere rather than give my money to a business that tries to scam customers into paying for forced upgrades and employs hostile, defensive staff. Completely unacceptable behavior."

  On Saturday August 29th 2026 at 10:30 a.m. I had an absolutely horrific experience at the drive-through here. The female employee working the window was shockingly rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect by a customer service worker in my life. There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of toxic attitude. Management needs to seriously look into who they are hiring and staffing at this location because this employee is actively driving business away. Save your money and go somewhere else in Kalispell where the staff actually knows what basic human decency is. I will not be returning, and I am filing a formal complaint with their corporate franchise headquarters (AES Midwest).
