  Rude staff. Tried to get their attention for help and they flat out ignored me. In fact someone walked past me and ignored me.

  'Above and beyond' is how I would describe the experience my family had tonight in your restaurant. My husband passed 5 years ago. Each year the family gathers on his birthday for a time of celebrating him. We picked Taco Bell because my husband really enjoyed eating here. When Brian, the store manager, learned why our large group had gathered he went out and bought us a cake with his own money! He refused to let us pay him back. His kindness really warmed our hearts. Thank you again Brian.

  Our family (12 of us) met here for dinner tonight to celebrate our dad who we lost 5 years ago. Today was his birthday and we decided to meet here because he loved Taco Bell. The manager, Brian, found out why we had all gathered there and took it upon himself to go buy us a cake since we were celebrating dad's birthday. That kindness made our celebration that much more special and we couldn't be more thankful for this unbelievable showing of kindness. Plus, our dad loved cake so it was perfect! Our food came out fast and was delicious as well! Thank you Brian and your staff for making a day that could have been hard to remember, one we will never forget!❤️
