The dude in there was completely by himself and the line was completely out the door the whole hour I was there. Plus he did 2 door dash orders during that time. He was clearly stressed, but still very friendly, and he was busting his butt even though about a third to even half the people waiting were being impatient jerks about it. (I think at 1 when I was leaving I saw another employee was coming in but I'm not 100% sure) Subway, you need to give your guy some backup! He's carrying you on his back for sure.

He’s consistently respectful, friendly, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Service like that is rare these days, and it’s absolutely worth going a little out of the way for!
