- PBParth Bhavsar2 days ago1.0We travelled from Canada. We love Qdoba in Canada and its always has been amazing and awesome. In Helena, it was the worst. We came in and asked for Burrito bowl. The person told us, not enough of veggies or quessos or brown rice. Then they have this offer right in front says free queso and quac with entree. They said No to queso and Guac. Not happy with it. We had great experience at Great Falls. Amazing people and server. Recommend Great Falls Qdoba
- ALAJ Larson4 days ago1.0Staff was argumentative with each other when we walked in. No customer service. The guy working the checkout was asked if they have lemonade. He proceeds to tell the lady "Go look for yourself". Portion size is smaller, prices are higher. Not worth it.

One of the guys behind the counter had a hat that was covered in cat hair though, so maybe it kept his hair out of the food but the cat’s… who can say? Minus one star for that

I love the healthy, tasteful, authentic food! I paid for our group of 3. The other two had generous burritos. With a 15% tip, the total was $40. Not bad at all, considering how much food we had. My husband was happy to eat my leftovers hours later, saying it was (still) good! The atmosphere was relaxed at the restaurant.
- SMS MulApr 11, 20261.0The staff was very friendly but…..A long time fan of this restaurant chain however the Helena location shocked me today! It was not busy when I went in. Two people in line. It was absolutely filthy. Upon entering, the trash in the entry was overflowing, with plastic lids all over the drink counter. Waiting on my order I observed: 1) food all over the floor including chips (mostly) and trash, like napkins on the floor in the seating area. 2) behind the counter where they were preparing food and orders there was food all over the counter. They just kept wrapping and preparing food on top of the mess on the counter. 3) the trash behind the counter was overflowing on the floor and the cashier just kept tossing more in, and on the floor it went. 4) the carpet behind the counter which is badly stained and gross, had a box lid and multiple napkins and broken chips. The employees and the manager just walked over it. I was quite surprised. 5) the scale for weighing food had lettuce and various things on it and the counter on which it sat. Honestly if it wasn’t Saturday I would have called the health department. So disappointed. We will not be going back. We came here because the chicken and beef at chipotle are a little bit fatty for our taste but we will return there.
