  Did a mobile order. Took two hours to get. Called to check on my order and some guy basically told over the phone “this is only my fourth day. Call my manager tomorrow.” Then hung up on me. All I was doing was checking on my order. I will never and I mean never order from Pizza Hut again. By the time I got my food it was cold. Great job Pizza Hut… NOT

  Last Saturday night we decided to grab some pizza hut. We pull in as a guy is driving and pulls in to park. He grab pizza out of his car. We held the door for him he plopped the whole order on the counter and says this isn't my order. So the guy takes the pizza back and leaves it on the counter. The guy said your order isn't ready yet. So he said ok I'll be back. Then the next guy walks in and he said your order is right here. He gave the returned order to him after it already left the store🤯 i said you know that is very unsanitary to the cashier. He looked at me and said what? I repeated. He said no we take them and throw the pizzas away. I said clearly not as you just gave that whole order to the right person after it was returned to the store. He shrugged it off. The guy #1 walks back in for his order takes it to his car and returns again. He ordered a cheese and a pepperoni not 2 cheeses. I said you might as well let him keep the pizzas at this point. He had to come back for his pepperoni. My husband said look we look over and there was a stack of pizza sitting by the warmer. A guy in the kitchen walks up grabs a slice and starts eating! Mind you my husband's family owned a restaurant and I managed one once upon a time. So all this was wild to me considering all the changes since covid. Violation one after another. No hand washing nothing. We got our pizza and truthfully I didn't even want to eat it after all that. Yes I ate the pizza. Took the risk. But did watch it get cooked and he was wearing gloves. Will stick to Domino's for now on!!!!

  Been waiting over an hour. And only a call center will answer??? I want to cancel my order! What is up with this place?

  Called them to do a reorder on a Pizza they messed up on and highly allergic to onions That the pizza had four hours later no remake on the pizza no refund and they r closed stay away unless u want robbed and bad service they r very unprofessional

  Do you love waiting for your food to get taken to the wrong place entirely any hour and a half after you've placed your order... If so order away.
