Not only was the girl that we talked to in the drive thru incredible rude and unfit for the job. She couldn’t even apparently figure out how to use the blizzard machine. All four of our blizzards. (And they aren’t cheap) had a half a piece of strawberry it each one. And the rest was untouched vanilla. We got cheesecake and 1 cookie dough. Will not be revisiting ever again. You basically robbed us for false advertising. If your employees can’t make a simple blizzard they need to be fired.
- TLTami LampingApr 5, 20261.0The drive-thru attendant was rude taking my order and when I paid. I ordered a burger meal and the new Mocha Chocolate blizzard. I was the only vehicle and my order was ready almost as soon as I got to the window. How could a burger and fries been cooked in a matter of minutes?? She handed me the blizzard and I asked if she would mind putting a lid on it. She rolled her eyes and handed me a lid. I took the lid, took the spoon out and tried to hand it to her asking if she would mind throwing it away. I guess that was way too much to ask as she handed me my food and closed the window. The blizzard was good until about 1/4 of the way into it. I don't know how or why, but it was more vanilla and hardly any choco-chips pr brownie chunks. The burger was flooded with mustard and of course cold! I have always gone to the DQ on Montana and have never had a horrible experience. I will pass the word about my visit and will never go to the Prosepct DQ again.
