  I love 7 brew I’m there a lot but they really need to work on there Americanos there so awful please teach your employees how to make them correctly I’m really disappointed

  I was just in the back seat of my friends suv today at 9pm going through the drive through. As we were sitting in line waiting to pull up to the window the guy working kept going up to each employee in the store, saying something to them one at a time and each time the worker inside stared out at the vehicle we were in. (Which we have recorded on the vehicles 360 cam) This made my friend feel very awkward and uneasy about ordering. He instead did not order and left. Hes a regular and is very gracious with tips so wasn't sure why he would be treated weird. Hes to nice to leave a bad review but I'm not.

  Customer service is great but my iced drinks are basically only ice with a drizzle of watery chai. Not worth the price

  Very sad and disappointing!! Wanted to try and have never been here tried to get in line but didn’t realize there was a certain side to be on and go ignored the whole time while the lady flagged more cars to come in front of us. She simply could have come up and said to go around that the line was on the other side.

  I hate leaving bad reviews, but my experiences at 7 Brew Coffee have been consistently disappointing, and today was the last straw. Every time I’ve gone (3 separate visits now), the staff has come across as rude and dismissive. Today, I pulled into the far lane since the other one was empty, and an employee waved me over aggressively. I didn’t immediately understand what she meant, and instead of clarifying politely, she came up to my car and yelled “pull into the other lane!!!!” while laughing. After I moved, she came back to my window about 30 seconds later and just said “what do you want” with no greeting. When I ordered a blue raspberry energy drink, she repeated it back incorrectly as “blueberry,” and when I corrected her, she didn’t respond. She just shoved the iPad toward me and said “6:50.” When my card didn’t tap right away, she acted visibly annoyed. To make it worse, the drink I received wasn’t even what I ordered, but I didn’t feel comfortable saying anything after how I was treated. This isn’t the first time either. On a previous visit, I ordered a 16 oz iced caramel latte with extra ice and was met with a condescending response like I didn’t understand what I was ordering. Another time, I asked a simple question about whether the matcha was sweetened and was bluntly told “I don’t know” with no effort to help. As someone who is a barista myself, I would never imagine treating customers this way. Basic respect and communication go a long way, and that has been completely lacking here. Customer service has been consistently rude, impatient, and unprofessional. I’ve never written a negative review before, but after multiple bad experiences, I won’t be coming back.
