  Pre ordered my food using the app and showed on time. Then waited an extra 20 minutes for some fries. Terrible service.

  I was waiting for my Onion Rings to arrive and I already saw the order sitting in the food waiting area. When I went to the counter to check, I noticed that some crew members were taking pieces from my order. I was disappointed by this experience and hope food orders can be handled more professionally and hygienically in the future.

  Was Charged a tip without being asked i guess saying a price and charging another is how this place does business basically Theft only discovered when you look at the receipt would have tipped but ASK !!!! Management got back to me and doesn't seem to have a issue with this Theft that there employee did
