  Went for their special guest chef 7 course tasting menu. Most of the dishes were excellent, except for the dessert. A bit of a miss there. The issue was the service. We were totally ignored. We were the first table seated and the last table served. The table next to us got their first 3 courses before were even got 1. And they were still waiting for part of their group. You can’t charge that much and then ignore your customers.

  We had the absolute pleasure of attending the Chef Joe Sasto tasting dinner at Grano tonight, and all I can say is: WOW. We just spent the last week in Las Vegas celebrating my husband Scott's 44th birthday, dining at some incredible restaurants along the way. Somehow, this dinner in Hamilton, Montana completely blew every meal we had in Vegas out of the water. Every course was beautifully presented, thoughtfully crafted, and packed with flavor. The ingredients were fresh, the dishes were creative, and each bite somehow managed to be even better than the last. Chef Joe Sasto's passion and talent were evident throughout the evening, but this collaboration wouldn't have been what it was without Chef Brandon absolutely shining right alongside him. The two chefs created something truly special, and the result was a dining experience that felt seamless, inspired, and unforgettable. A special shoutout also goes to Corbin, thank you so much for taking care is us! The entire wait staff was amazing! What makes it even more impressive is that a dining experience of this caliber is happening right here in the Bitterroot Valley. The service, food, and hospitality all came together to create an evening we'll be talking about for a long time. My only regret is being too shy! I would have loved to ask Chef Joe to sign a copy of his book, but I couldn't quite work up the courage. Maybe next time! Grano continues to raise the bar, and tonight was exceptional. If you ever have the opportunity to attend one of their special tasting events, do not hesitate. It was one of the best meals we've had anywhere. Bravo to Chef Joe Sasto, Chef Brandon, and the entire Grano team. Absolutely smashing......CHEERS!

  The food is Amazing! Never been to Hamilton, so we were looking for a restaurant. So good, and didn’t disappoint. Must try the Focaccia bread 🙌

  First time visiting on our trip from IL. Would absolutely catch a flight just to eat here again! Place was busy but we were checked on and compensated for our wait even thought we were more than happy to wait for good food! Our complements to the staff!

  Very nice and polite people, our server was great he helped us pick out some of their homemade bread, which was to die for. Our meals were delicious. Plan on going back soon
