Best food, experience, atmosphere and staff I’ve ever experienced. This place is next level and LaDonna, Brooks, and Chels were the best humans and staff I’ve encountered, ever. If we weren’t from Missouri, we would be there weekly. The love and hospitality and environment Chef Brandon has put into this place is unreal. We read through all of the negative reviews before going and disagree with 100% of them. Do not let those reviews scare you from this place because we are unsure what kind of person even has 1 negative thing to say about this place. It hard to believe anyone in their right mind has anything negative to say about this place. A million stars to this restaurant and staff!!

My family and I came here for a vacation from St. Louis missouri and reserved a table for 7 of us tonight at Ember. This was one of the best experiences of our trip! Our servers, Brooks, LaDonna and Chels were top notch! The service was personal and entertaining. Everything brought to us was perfectly timed and on point. The food exceeded expectations and was so flavorful and savory! The portions were PERFECT and some of us still had leftovers! The atmosphere was intimate yet engaging due to the fact that we could see the talented chef Carson and his team preparing our meals right from our seats. 50 out of 10 recommend!

There is one phase I mutter to myself with each EMBER experience … I’m not worthy. My tastebuds, my olfactory lobes, my eyes are simply not worthy of the inconceivable delectable sensory home runs expertly crafted by the kitchen family and wonderfully served by the front of the house.
Yesterday my bride and I joined the Rotisserie Chicken Club! I took home the two person meal with added roasted carrots. In 43 years of wedded bliss we have NEVER had a carry out meal that hits so many high marks and no low notes!
The chicken is beyond my vocabulary; it’s succulent, perfectly season, served with an amazing crispy skin. Chef Brandon’s fingerprints are all over the wonderfully roasted hen.
I don’t quite understand how a potato skin-on, no matter how it’s prepared can be so moist and yummy without being smothered in butter and sour cream.
The mixed green salad was a nice blend of color, texture, and flavor.
The carrots!?! Insanely sweet, roasted to perfection, not limp, not hard, simply “just right”.
We are going to be Thursday takeout chicken repeat offenders! Thank you, EMBER! You ROCK!

Ember is a welcome and needed addition to the Bitterroot Valley. Innovative and delicious, Ember has filled a void, in an area where burger joints, breweries, and pub grub dominate the valley and dull the senses. The flavors pop, taking simple ingredients and elevating them with beautiful sauces and spices.
The wood-fired organic carrots were my favorite! The nutty, earthy flavors of the almond dukkah paired with a creamy, bright and tangy tzatziki sauce just worked with the carrots. Yum.
Love the vibe, cozy, modern, and it's really cool to have full view of the kitchen in the back. Right off Main St. is a plus!
