  Subway should NEVER use day old bread to make a sandwich. Went to this subway on Sunday morning at 10:15. Employee said the cheese rolls were still baking but he had wheat or white rolls. I ordered BMT foot long on white roll. He failed to tell me the roll was baked yesterday and it was dried out. Ended up throwing the sandwich away after a few bites. Very disappointed!

  Worker did not look at me or even greet me as I stood there. She flat out ignored me. I tried getting her attention and she still ignored me. Worst customer service I've ever had.

  Stale bread of which they offered only two choices. Don't advertise as fresh if you can't offer it!

  If I could give zero stars I would. The only time I go to this subway is in the evening, so I can not comment on morning/day shift, but the service in the evening is non existent. Literally stood there for 20 minutes with no employee in sight, food uncovered, phone ringing off the hook, online orders pinging on the computer every 30 seconds, etc. On this day I left without ever seeing an employee. Went tonight and again no employees. When the employee did show up it was clear by his attitude that we were inconveniencing him by making him work.
