  Drive thru order taker was very rude. No manners, yelled at us, and had no patience.

  Who ever the bigger sir that runs the drive thru at 4 or 5 am has 0 custumer service when I pull up and he says what do want and are you going to pull forward after silence on his end when I pull forward he's like HERE!

  Very slow drive-through. Three times with an wait of around twenty minutes per visit.

  Ordered ahead online. Pulled in one minute before it was due to be ready. Took them over 30 minutes to get the food to us. Once they got it to us (6 meals), all the food was cold and the sides were only partially filled. Our family loves sonic but we will not go to this location again. This is not the first time this has happened and we have given enough chances. Skip this sonic. Not worth the wait.

  My wife and I are currently traveling and we decided to stop at sonic we’ve never been and it seemed really cool with the stalls that they have we picked the items we wanted and rang the button after a few minutes we get greeted by someone shouting and banging things around in the headset they said we are busy and will be with you in a bit we waited around 15 minutes only to again be greeted by a rude working immediately saying “what do you want” in an extremely rude tone my wife started speaking out her order and was again cut off and told to wait after awhile the worker decided that maybe it was time to take out order again or something after she laughed with coworkers and we saying a lot of unprofessional things over the headset again met with rudeness and attitude when asking about menu items once we got our food the server who brought it out was very nice just clearly in a rush which is fine all in all the food was fine the experience was awful 2/10
