- CGClara GrayJun 28, 20261.0I submitted a timed delivery for my pizza almost 20 minutes ago now and it’s supposed to be delivered by 35 minutes and they haven’t even started cooking my order. Does that mean it’s free when it’s late? Also the lady who picked up seemed pretty rude and talked to me like I was annoying her. If my orders late, I think a refund should be initiated.

Pizza arrived with the wrong crust, gave us ranch instead of garlic sauce, AND the pizza had NOOOO sauce at ALL!! So we called and spoke to a “Tim” who said he would have it remade and redelivered, no problems right? WRONG. New pizza arrived and STILL NO SAUCE. So I call again and speak to someone named Heather and explain the situation and she swears she made the pizza herself and there is sauce on it. So either Heather is a liar or she thinks a single teaspoon of sauce is enough for an entire pizza because I forked through the whole pizza and NO sauce. She argued with me for a while and then gave me a $20 credit which I won’t be using because the food and service were both poor. Dominos from now on I guess. Someone teach Heather how to put sauce on pizza please.
