- PBPolly BartolettiJun 21, 20264.0Went to Pizza Hut the other day on my lunch break, and the waitress was so busy because there was a short staffing issue. She was super stressed the whole time. The food was great, and the buffet is great for pricing deals.

They don't have delivery drivers so they have door dash bring it to you without giving you the option to say no. Then when door dash doesnt bring your order they will refuse to do anything and tell you to call door dash. Both companies point the finger at eachother and you end up paying for food you wont receive. Furthermore when you call corporate you'll be given the run around and they wont give your money back either. Dont waste your time and money. What theyre doing is illegal but until someone does something about it, theyll just keep doing it. Worthless and pitiful excuse for a business.

Waitress never checked on us and we were the only family in there. Never got offered refills. After 30 mins we had to go to the counter where my wife waited another 15mins before anyone helped her to even pay the bill. Mind you we were the only people there.
