  Food is decent. Definitely overpriced for what you receive. We tried it once probably won't go back.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service from Jordan! I had an absolutely incredible experience at the Great Falls Panera today. There was a quick mix-up with my order, but before I could even realize it, an employee named Jordan literally ran down the street to catch up with me and give me the right food! I have never had anyone go that far above and beyond for me at a restaurant before. That is absolute first-class, high-quality service. Jordan completely turned my day around and deserves some serious recognition for their incredible work ethic and kindness. Thank you, Jordan! I will definitely be back.

  The past couple of times I’ve gone just to get a avocado chicken BLT something has been missing every time and this time it was the chicken:( the cheese was wrong as well there was.No one else there when I pulled up to the drive through so my food shouldn’t have been missing anything not only that but it was thrown together and was a mess when I opened it and I check every time I took it apart couldn’t find any chicken put it back together nicer than what I got it 🥲 I’m a regular and only get one thing most of the time probably will not be coming back.
