  Man, I forgot how shitty Panera's food is now. The quality is so bad now. They skimp SO MUCH on sandwich toppings. Literally three pieces of arugula, one piece of cilantro, they forgot or skipped my tomato entirely. Everything was just too "light" in the amount on the sandwich. The egg souflee was nearly raw and cold. Service was as good as it can be for a drive thru. This is my every-couple-years reminder about why I don't eat here anymore. It's bad.

  Driving home to Canada from Arizona, we stopped overnight in Great Falls. Panera was near our hotel, so we opted for a light dinner there. My husband and I shared a sandwich and drink, and planned to share the bag of chips we chose as our "side". When the order came up, the kitchen staff had kindly plated our half-sandwiches separately and given us each a bag of chips! Very generous and thoughtful. The staff member who took our order was polite and friendly too, and the gas fireplace we snuggled up beside while we dined was a welcome feature, as it was a very cold and windy evening. A great experience all around, thank you!

  The mix and match for 4.99 each is a good deal it is but the half sandwich could be a bit more thicker for 5 bucks a half sandwich, and the salad for 5 bucks should weigh at least a lb or 2 its like a salad they give u in school So I give this place right now a 4 star but ill leave another review when I try something else on the menu!

  Shoutout to the Panera Bread team this morning. They were quite busy with some impromptu orders, including mine, and were able to get through quite a morning rush! Everyone was easy to work with and thankful to have them in Great Falls. I hope corporate sees this, and rewards them more resources as they need, the website could use some help, but the staff were great overall!

  On\n Ce again, the food was a total bust. I am so broken hearted. They gave me stale bread about it. Look to be about, oh I don't know half the size it normally is it was definitely stale. And what we ordered was one of the salad stuffers there was probably 3 tbsp in there. Then whenever I called to tell them that, once again, they messed up my order, the supposed manager was the rudest, I've ever seen in my life. So don't worry we won't be back
