  Expectation: warm, flaky cinnamon croissant bites. Reality: Panera emptied the toaster crumb tray into a sandwich bag and charged me for it. Met with major disappointment 🫩

  Was told it would take 13 minutes for cookies to bake, ended up waiting over 30 minutes. They should never let anything completely run out when they have more.

  Have received poor quality and missing/wrong items in our order the past three times we have ordered. It was good the first few times but has gone way downhill that I now refuse to ever order again. Ordered a dozen croissant bites and got three. Ordered a French Ciabatta Dipper and got bits of meat with a side of onions. So disgusting.

  Would never go back here. Terrible experience. Sandwich was put together so poorly that it just fell apart as soon as it was unwrapped. Was also made incorrectly. We took it back and got it remade, and still it didnt hold together. A big reason is they just slapped a massive chunk of avocado on the bottom of the sandwich without chopping it up at all. Wrong bread was used as well. We ate at the location in Billings days prior, ordered the same food and it was fantastic, so this was a big let down. Would never eat here again.
