  Came to town to watch the car races, we stopped by at about 10:30p.m. to grab a quick bite before heading back home, about two hours away. First thing we walk through the door and there's a big puddle of water right as you step inside, we stood in line at the counter waiting for an employee to come up for about 10 minutes and we are the only ones in line, all ordering together, the guy comes up, no smile or greeting of any kind, won't even look at me. I smile and let him know they have a big puddle of water right in front of the door, he just shrugged. We place our order, still no talking from him at all, no total or anything. Just hands us our cups and walks away. All the employees are standing in the back at the stations talking. We wait for about 15 minutes before our order is ready, I stood there and waited for it which was a good call because they just slid the order on the counter and walked away, no call out for order number or anything. We sit down to eat, the fries are cold and stale, the tables are dirty and food all over the floors, we don't have any napkins so my husband goes up to ask for some, the employees just stand there staring at him until finally after probably 3 minutes of being stared at an employee comes up, my husband asks for napkins, they just hand them over and walk away, not a single word said from him. Then my 6 year old niece got the happy meal with chocolate milk, there's no straw, so I told her to go up and ask for one, I'm standing behind her and the employees blatantly look at us, stare for a minute and continue to ignore us, I say excuse me can we get a straw for a chocolate milk please? Ignored. Finally my husband comes up and smacks his hand on the counter to get their attention and asks for a straw for a chocolate milk, an employee walks over and drops it on the counter and walks away. Needless to say we will not be going back and if I could rate it zero stars I would, probably the worst service we have ever had and we travel a lot.

  Charged me for 40 mcnuggets (what I wanted but then only gave me 20 and didn't even give me a receipt wack ah McDonald's

  I try giving them the benefit of the doubt but every time I come here it's the slowest most miserable service. If you want everything you pay for DO NOT come here almost guaranteed to forget something every time.

  Employees are just busy talking to their friends or bsing with other employees to talk to customers takes forever to get service or food
