I learned to never order online because I'll always end up with missing items, but going in is hardly any better. I'm never able to redeem rewards because they don't know how to work it on the computer. It seems as though staff doesn't plan ahead because they're always out of a protein, rice, or side. I really want to like Great Falls Chipotle but this was the last time I'll come to this location
