It's an Arby's in Great Falls, Montana. Competent, quick employees just doing their jobs.
TBH, I haven't been impressed with Arby's as I was around 20 years ago. Back then, you could choke to death due to the mountainous heaps of roast beef in their sandwiches. The quality and serving size has gone steadily down. But that's all Arby's from my experience.
I stopped in to have a quick lunch, my meal consisting of a fountain drink - can't recall what, and the fish sandwich. The fish was decently sized, but ferreal - I didn't request nor need the ridiculous amount of lettuce on my fish sandwich. The fish fillet looked like the Charlie hiding from our boys back in 'Nam.
I don't think this location let me down in any way, shape or form - it's fast food. I'm not expecting Julia Child, Anthony Bourdain, or even Rachel Ray. The restaurant was clean - same goes for the men's restroom. The Fountain drink selection was well carbonated, not dilute, the ice was nice and crunchy.
Will I eat at this Arby's again. Yes, I definitely will.

We checked to see if they were open and it said open till 1am…this was around 11:30 non Friday night and we were greeted with “are you DoorDash” and we said no and then whom the lady was taking order goes “what do you want?” In a pretty poor tone. We were kinda appalled and just left.
Very rude and very unprofessional.

Ordered take out, found a hair in my fries, being as we were in the vehicle i thought there's a fair chance its mine. But the one in the sandwich most definitely was not. Called and spoke to a manager. No apology, no we will address that. Just whats a name and number for a free meal. I dont want a free meal for a repeat experience. Absolutely disgusting

Everytime I get my order there is something wrong with it. Not like the job is hard. Takes 1 second to review an order before giving it to a customer.
