  Ive eaten at this Arbys probably 100 times now. Always clean, friendly, fresh food. No complaints there. This goes higher up. #1 Tap to pay is the most secure way for us to pay our bill, outside of cash. However, Arbys requires the employee to take the customers phone, out of view, to tap something, somewhere. I use tap2pay EVERYWHERE. Even little diners have a hand held device they bring to the table. Arbys Corporate, do better! #2 I was really looking forward to the Arbys CheeseSteaks. Now, maybe I was expecting to much from the place that proclaims "We Have the Meats!", but what i got was the consistency of hamburger. Cheese was great! Could have used more onions and green peppers, Overall, it was a 3/5. What would have made it a 5/5 is instead of the blah hamburger, go for some marinated steak strips, just a tad smaller than a Jersey Mike's hot sub. Combine that with the Cooper cheese, onions/green peppers and you got a winner! Arbys, do better. For $15/combo we deserve a good meal.

  Ate here yesterday food was hot fresh staff friendly prior to this visit staff have been friendly but food was cold

  The lady cashier was so amazing and helped us right away. Very respectful and friendly. Enjoyed our visit. 💯
