used to be good, got worse and worse and worse until the state it is today. the delivery drivers are always nice and fast, but the food is terrible and the in-store service is awful. the food is always mediocre and stale at best, completely wrong to your order at worst. the breadsticks always taste like they've been out a few days and were just microwaved for a few minutes, the toppings that used to come on them (and still do at other locations) are always missing, so it's just stale, plain bread. it doesn't matter what special notes you put on your order or how you order it, it will probably be wrong. the crust is always somehow both stale and yet soggy at the same time. once waited over an hour at the drive through (not on a busy night) because of how slow the place is and they apparently let someone read the menu, order, and wait for their food with a line piled up behind them. no idea how this place went so downhill.

The waitress was super friendly. We got a pizza to go back to our room and it was the WORST pizza we have ever had. Please don't waste your money at this establishment.

It appears the cook ignored my order. I ordered extra tomato sauce, light cheese and extra pepperoni. Instead I received standard amount of tomato sauce, heavy cheese and scant pepperoni. On the positive side, the pizza was not overcooked.
