- RRRaeMar 18, 20261.0I am genuinely shocked by how unfriendly and out of touch this experience at Dairy Queen was. I tried to order just the crispy onion burger and was told it only comes as part of a full meal with no exceptions. That means being forced to buy fries, a soda, and ice cream even if you do not want them. This kind of policy feels greedy and dismissive of customers. Not everyone wants or can have a pile of extra food, especially people who are watching their sugar intake. Forcing customers into a bundle like this is not just inconvenient, it is careless and wasteful. Charging seven dollars for a meal I did not even want just to get one sandwich is ridiculous. It is hard not to see this as a blatant attempt to push people into spending more while ignoring basic customer needs. Definitely not a place I feel good about supporting.
- CTchadd tateAug 27, 20231.0I’m really trying to to be a Karen but I came to just get 2 blizzards and a large drink, when I get to the window the girl was not paying attention and having conversations with everyone else while my Blizzards sat in the sunny window melting. I got my Blizzards with no tops, already melted and the drink top half way on. I snapped the top on left and by the time I got home which is a mile away, my blizzards were melted….. completely…. Then the drinks top came off and dumped all on the floor in the front seat…. Hope you guys plan on paying for detailing…..
- VGVivian GladeauMay 30, 20221.0Just went thru the drive up around 6 this evening. By time I got to the window my Sundays were melting and leaning. I asked for lids...just ran out. I told the girl there was no way I was gonna be able to get those home without them tipping over. Her answer was just to put them in a carrier....still dripping. Quit making them ahead of the food, especially when you don't have lids. Made a big mess in my truck!!!!!
