- RBRichard BrowneSep 8, 20261.0Today, I went into the store at around 8:30am to get some store roasted turkey breast at the deli counter. I was told they were not ready yet and it would be ready in a few hours. I came back at 3;00pm and I got the same story- they weren't ready yet as they needed to cool down. I believe this is a store prepared product and you seem to sell a lot of it. My thought is it could have been prepared. It really seemed the employees didn't care about their jobs or serving customers. Looking at the reviews- this is not the first time there have been complaints about the deli counter employees.

I shop at safeway often but this location would get zero stars if that was an option. Save yourself the money and go to the other location in Butte.

The location makes it more convenient than going all the way down to Walmart, and they always have had what I was looking for. The staff have always been friendly, though later on in the day I felt they got a bit sloppy with them leaving their stocking carts unattended clogging up the rows. Regardless, they have good prices and deals as long as you sign up for free to be a member, and I have enjoyed shopping at Safeway.
