  I went to Wingstop today in Bozeman and was extremely disappointed. I’ve been to Wingstop in Texas multiple times, and the difference is night and day. In Texas, you can actually taste the care put into the food — the wings are crispy and well done, the fries are seasoned perfectly and crispy, your order is accurate, and everything feels fresh and well managed. Unfortunately, my experience in Bozeman was the complete opposite. The restaurant felt poorly managed and dirty, my order was wrong, the fries were soggy and covered in sauce with barely any seasoning, and the wings were nowhere near the quality I’m used to from Wingstop. It honestly felt like a completely different restaurant. Super disappointing experience, and sadly I will not be coming back.

  Came in yesterday around 3, Waited 40 minutes for my food. Shout out to the blonde girl up front she was calm and patient with everyone when it started to get crowded making conversation to everyone waiting, helped pass the time. One thing I will say is no dining in just a walk in and to go type of place, there are benches to sit and wait but thats it.

  The gal with the blonde hair at the register was verbally more concerned about getting off work than calling out orders. We waited while our food was on the shelf ready to go. So understandable that you’re ready to leave, but the place is already small and packed. A little more efficiency would go a long way. The food is good at least.

  messed up my order twice. asked for a sandwich with no pickles and both times there were pickles on them. i'm allergic to pickles. the third time they literally just picked them off and handed it back to me. i could see the reflection of him doing it on the glass of the drink fridge. i asked him if he just picked them off he laughed and said yes. also forgot to put lemon pepper seasoning both times. also forgot my garlic parmesan sauce. first time ordering, and safe to say im not coming back here.

  I come in a lot for school lunch, The food was delicious!! (per usual) Im a diehard for the cajun corn. Service was amazing as well. Big shout out to the blonde with the butterflys on her hand, didn’t catch her name but she was so helpfull deciding what to get, and definitely made my day the last few times she took my order. Wish I could leave tips!!! The rest of the staff was very friendly as well ,seems like the best fast food joint worker crew
