  This has been one of my favorite places to eat since it popped up. The customer service is always outstanding and all the employees, especially Marko, have been extremely helpful in recommendation and customer service.

  Wings were not sauced properly there were some wings that were more plain than sauced. I got the wrong flavored wings. I got Buffalo and lemon pepper instead of my Louisiana rib and Cajun. I ordered extra seasoning on my fries and there wasn’t extra. SO UPSET. I love wing stop. But I’m EXTREMELY disappointed and dissatisfied in this one 💔

  I am very concerned about receiving chicken wings with visible feathers still attached😡, as this does not meet the quality standards I expected from Wingstop. Besides how unpleasant and unsanitary it was to discover this while eating, I later experienced nausea and felt unwell afterward. I have photos documenting the issue. I hope this incident will be properly investigated and that appropriate action will be taken to address it. I would appreciate a response and fair compensation for this disappointing experience.

  I am a wing aficionado, was super stoked to have Wing Stop come to town.. Stopped in early evening as a walk in (which apparently takes a back seat to online orders including uber eats). Service was second rate with zero care or attention to detail. Food quality was terrible, for a joint so busy fries were undercooked and soggy, wings were beyond terrible - Lemon pepper smelled foul, hot wings were half tossed and literally were half coated with a rancid taste. First time I have been turned off by chicken wings including wings from gas stations. Will not be back and do not recommend. This cannot be normal or acceptable. Buffalo Wild Wings is gourmet compared to this place, I know and understand it’s new - maybe a revamp is already due by mgmt.

  I was really excited to try this new location out in Bozeman and had a terrible guest experience. The girl that took our order was completely apathetic and was having a bunch of issues with the register, I understand that since it’s new it can be busy but I stood at the register actively ordering for close to 10 minutes (but it wasn’t busy). I was ordering a meal deal that was right in front of me and the girl taking my order looked at me like she had never even heard of it. I paid cash and I’m fairly certain that I got the wrong change back but at this point in the experience I was ready to move on with my evening (couldn’t check cause the young man that came to help immediately crumbled up my receipt) To top it off when we got our food it wasn’t even the right order and pieces were missing. The staff had a complete disconnect with the customers and all looked like they hated their jobs. All in all this was a terrible first impression for the new wing stop, I worked in fast food as a high schooler and I understand that it’s not the most fun job ever but the manager wasn’t doing anything to help as she walked up and I would rather take my business to some of the more local spots in town. I recommend roost on main.
