  ordered mild wings + 2 blue cheeses, got plain and was given 2 ranches instead. and it tastes horrible and i’m mad

  Food is good for fast food, but the experience needs a lot of work. The food itself was pretty good, but unfortunately the overall experience left a lot to be desired. Service wasn’t great, and the biggest issue is the way the ordering system works. Since this location doesn’t have dine-in seating, you’re essentially there to pick up food, yet walk-up customers seem to take a back seat to online orders. That makes for a pretty frustrating experience if you’re just trying to stop in and get some food quickly. For a restaurant that’s supposed to be a fast-food option, having walk-in customers wait while online orders are prioritized makes the process feel anything but fast. The loud music also didn’t help the experience. I was excited about finally getting a Wingstop in town but this location needs to make some improvements before I’d consider coming back.

  Ordered twice here so far. First time we asked for Louisiana rub, but got lemon pepper. Second time, went back for Louisiana rub, and swore we got lemon pepper again. The employees were working their butts off and I got upset and I want to apologize, i shouldn't have gotten upset. The supervisor remade the wings, and they are very good, so were the fries (which we really didn't want). But the gentleman who took our order said the wings only come in a combo, so we had to get fries. But I looked online and it looks like we can order just wings. Thank you team, you are doing great.

  Ordered via a food-taxi service (which shall remain nameless) Wings arrived hot, well sauced, and very nicely prepared. I've never had food from Wingstop before so decided to give it a try – and they absolutely delivered in every way. I didn't just enjoy these wings, I devoured them. (Especially the Garlic Parm ones, which were unfathomably delicious.) You know, there's a million fine looking wings in the world, but they don't all bring you awesomeness. Most of 'em just cheat you.

  We actually ordered here on the 16th and wanted to shout out a great staff member! My receipt says "Camden" but I forgot to actually ask his name. He had dark hair and small earring I believe. Anyways, it was my first time here and he was super friendly and even hand delivered the order to me and my husband real quick when we left the pick up window for a moment. The new sweet heat chamoy is pretty good, but we will always come by for original hot, Korean q, and some lemon pepper fries.
