I have ordered catering from this QDOBA location several times over the past year for our work crew, usually for 20–25 people. The food itself has always been good, but unfortunately the service and value have noticeably declined. The biggest issue is the portion size. We used to receive approximately half pans of meat with our catering orders. Recently, those portions have been reduced to what looks like roughly 1/3 pans, despite ordering and paying for catering for the same number of people. With our most recent order, they also completely forgot the chips that were supposed to be included. When I called, I was simply told they forgot them and that we could come back and pick them up. When you're ordering catering for 20–25 employees, having to leave work and make another trip because part of the order was forgotten isn't much of a solution. What makes this more frustrating is that the catering package includes chips, chafing dishes, and Sternos. We don't need the chafing dishes or Sternos and have repeatedly told them they can keep those items, even though we're still paying the full catering price. I certainly wouldn't expect that courtesy to result in receiving less food. On top of that, the staff has not been particularly friendly when we've picked up our orders. I like QDOBA's food and have continued ordering here because our employees enjoy it. But when you're spending the money to feed 20–25 people, the portions should match what was ordered and paid for, the entire order should be included, and customers should receive friendly service. Unfortunately, after several catering orders, the declining portions and service have reached the point where I'll be looking at other options for our future work lunches.

The other night, my amazing, kind, patient boyfriend went to pick up dinner for me and our daughter… our first mistake was choosing Qudoba in Bozeman. I had sent a pretty standard but specific list of what I wanted in my bowl. After ordering and leaving, my boyfriend called me in a very upset state. He said that he was sorry if my order was wrong as he couldn’t even get the order out of his mouth before the woman was either on to the next thing or adding something before he said yes or no. He was rushed though the process to the point that he felt like they were trying to get him out of the store… he was the only one in line. He explained that he’d never been met with such rudeness than he had that night. He said the woman was very abrasive, not meeting his eyes once not even greeting him as the only customer walking in. When he got home the order was obviously wrong… very wrong and not for his attempt to read off the specific list sent beforehand which was disappointing but then it came to our kiddos food. It was a very sad, empty chicken quesadilla with little to no chicken and sparse cheese. The most upsetting part though was that my boyfriend felt so uncomfortable in the store they he didn’t even order his own meal.

Saw one employee tell another employee to give me less protein as I was standing right there. Go to the chipotle here instead. They give much better portions.
