  We wanted to grab a couple of pies but there oven was down. It is always something with their machines! You'd think that a company of this size could figure out how to buy equipment that doesn't break down all the time. Think about it, have you ever gone to DQ and been told their soft serve machine is down, or Wendy's and been told their Frosty machine is broken? I'm sure it happens but I never have. At McDonald's I've been disappointed it seems more times than not.

  We just came in like 10 minutes ago and we asked for 3 sausage mcgriddles with no egg and with cheese. We came back home and found out that it was only the pancake buns and cheese, no sausage whatso ever. I get that you guys get busy but you need to open your ears more and listen to your customers more often. Why would we ask for only cheese on a pancake like use some common sense.
