  Well I’ve been so excited to go to wingstop since they opened in Billings. It is one of my favorite chains and the sauces they have for their wings are unmatched. But the service at the location in Billings is the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. The lady working in the back practically shoved my bag of food into my hands and scoffed when I came up to grab the bag. The guy running the register was the most unaware human being living on planet earth and had ZERO personality and was rude. I’m so disappointed with my experience. I understand we all have bad days but the two people working today at noon were NOT the ones that need to be doing customer service. Plus I got there at 11:45 and I didn’t get my food til almost 12:30 and guess what? Fries were ice cold and wings weren’t cooked all the way through. There was no “sorry for the wait” or ANYTHING. Probably won’t be coming back which breaks my heart. Update to this post: The wings still had feathers on them 🤢 HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT RECCOMEND

  Last night I had the worst experience with Wingstop,, it was awful, today I have to say employee Riley turned it around, was amazing, his customer service above and beyond, the manager from the night, that business will never survive him..even having a bad day is no excuses ,to treat someone, and Handel a situation like you did.(Sam)

  Quality has significantly decreased since opening. Unfortunately, the in store management seems careless about speed, service and food quality. The wings I received today were so overcooked and had clearly sat unattended for quite some time (during the 30 minute in-store wait). Sad. They really could have been good.

  This place has so many problems. The staff are literally always so rude. One time I called about a wrong order and the person who answered told me to “get over it” and hung up the phone. When I spoke to management they told me they left me a free meal card at the cash register - I went in to get it and was told they don't have one for me. Every delivery order I’ve ordered from them except for 1 has been wrong. Wait times are 30 minutes - 1 hour regardless of when and what you order. I’ve contacted management and tried to have a conversation about the restaurants problems and they seem to not care at all. With good management and a team that cares, this place would really do well. Unfortunately that’s just not the case.
