  Raymond’s customer service was absolutely stellar. I just got off a grueling shift at 2 in the morning and not only was he respectful of my time, he made the whole ordering experience fun. Plus he’s got possibly the coolest mustache in town

  I placed an order through doordash for pickup 30 minutes before to give them time to get it ready. I went to the store 5 minutes before the start time of the schedule and let them know that I have a large order coming in and they said that's fine. As I was waiting, I heard them start freaking out because of the size of the order and within seconds got a text saying that my order was canceled. How incredibly unprofessional. Do better. We ordered ahead and scheduled a time so it wouldn't be an issue because we have a group to feed and we understand it's a lot, but this was ridiculous and uncalled for.

  On the bk cali cw I had punched in on DoorDash no tomatoes and got tomatoes also substituted a sausage patty instead I got no bacon on the crunch wrap and no sausage patty hella guacamole absolutely over powered cmon guys do better

  I have to say my experience through the drive through was amazing. The crew were all happy and friendly towards not just me but my service dog. I normally get my order somehow messed up when I go to fast food but today finally I came home to a nicely packed lunch and not only was it presentable it was fresh and very well portioned. Not a thing missing or lacking. They made my bad day into something I will smile back on. Koodos also to the amazing drive thru speaker guy! He had the curls in his magnificent mustache of his and his attitude was A plus give that man a raise! Thank you Taco Bell for making me feel a lot better!!

  Dashers are only ignored here. New management almost Changed things, but must have been convinced by others to give up on respecting dashers as well. Dashers hate this place because we are only ignored here. Food is usually ready. But you will usually wait five or ten minutes for someone to give you attention to get the food, and then if it's missing a single drink, you might need to wait five more minutes for that. You would expect it to take 30 seconds. But I guess he was new and training, probably the only reason he gave me attention in the first place. Because he is new and doesn't know to ignore dashers yet. Trying to call the store to offer to make videos and send them into management so they can see how truly bad things are. But have been on hold with the store for over half an hour to speak to manager. Fairly certain they just left the phone sitting their indefinitely because they thought it was just some disgruntled customer. This is truly the worst place to dash for in town. April 9th 2026
