  Slow as can be, slow service, cold food. Don't go to any taco bell in Billings. They're all super slow.

  Closing crew decided to close early tonight. Went by to go get something after a late night shift and they were sending customers away at the window.

  I have regularly visited this location since it opened, as it is the closest location to my house. I have had MULTIPLE orders that had errors from little things like asking for no tomatoes and still receiving them, all the way to big issues like missing multiple paid items in an order. I always go through the drive through where they tend to push us through the line quickly in order to keep their window time down per car, I believe this is where their errors occur the most. This location tends to have the most issues out of all the local locations in Billings and they don’t ever seem to problem solve the issues in a polite professional manner. I have had to repeatedly go back to pick up missing items or to receive a refund for the missing items the next day. I recommend visiting the location off Central near Albertsons and Winco instead, they have far fewer issues and seem to be a lot nicer even during busy times.
