  Hated this place, dude acted like we were ruining his life for pulling into the drive through at midnight, when ordering responded with k... k... k... got to the window and he didn't say anything really, when our food came he goes "here you go" like his life was the most miserable out there. We get the food and the cheese sauce is barely even half full. Like barely. Don't work the night shift if you're gonna act so miserable. Do better. Edit: We asked for hot a mild sauce and they only gave us Diablo and fiery

  This is the best Taco Bell location in Billings. Always friendly, make the food look nice instead of like slop. Comes out very quickly. You guys need to head over to the Shiloh location and start training them. Because that place is a train wreck!

  The store on rehberg is not worth visiting. It definitely needs supervision. Very bad experience. I stood watching orders go out, when I asked where mine was they could not find it. I asked for a refund,I had been gone from work to long.I spent 22.00 dollars. I see the charges for the food but no refund on my mobile banking. The regional manager made them make food (not at all what I ordered) and bring it to us. The tacos were crushed and looked nothing like tacos and whatever my supervisor got looked old.

  Made a mobile order, went to pick it up just to fond out they have no meat products and theu wanted to substitute my order with beans.
