  They were a bit busy and very slow but we street not in a big hurry to get our drinks so we didn't mind, but after sitting at the drive thru for about 30 minutes with no greating and everyone in front of us was gone for a while and the line behind us was getting longer and longer and we tried saying hello a few different times, we thought maybe something was wrong with the speaker so we pulled up to the window to see if everything was OK. They didn't come to the window for a bit but when they did they just said we need to go back around. I stated but the line is very long and we pulled up because we thought something was wrong with the speaker. She walked away and a different person came up and very angerly said we have to go back around and she made it clear she didn't want to hear anything we had to say. We were not trying to be jerks by pulling up to the window, we weren't even angry until we felt they were rude to us. In my experience anytime a drive thru has been busy they at least quickly say something like we'll be with you in a moment. I've never experienced complete silence for that long without an issue with the system. We ended up leaving and getting our drinks elsewhere. It was an unfortunate, completely avoidable event, that made for an uncomfortable interaction due to which we will not return to that location even though we frequent Sonic locations elsewhere.

  Food was disgusting. Soggy corn dogs that tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The soda pop was flavorless. Young adults with no customer service skills working. Placed an order at one of the stalls and the worker told me the total and didn't say anything else, so I ended up having to go through the drive through to get my order. The young guy with a huge hickey on his neck, working the drive through window, acted like it was a chore to get my order right and kept rolling his eyes back like we were taking too much of his time working at a drive through window. Won't ever be back at this place again, thought I would give it a try and some business since it always looks abandoned. Now I see why.

  Sat in drive through for 20 minutes to get a freeze. Drove 3 hours... just to ha e them tell me in line while I was getting ready to pay that there machine was broken. Got a refresher drink & didn't seem what it was meant to be, no ice. Hopefully won't be like this again

  Very greasy food, the onion rings were burnt tasting and were so greasy- literally had grease dripping out the bottom of its bag when I held it up. Burgers were over salted and the cherry limeades were too concentrated. Fries were good. Cleanliness wasn't the best, a workers shirt who delivered out to the car was covered in smudge and grease spots. There was also a small door on the side of the building that looks like it drains the grease and it was left open and was absolutely disgustingly dirty which makes wonder about cleanliness of everything else and just turns my stomach and couldnt finish my food. Usually we enjoy coming on our trips to the US but this visit didn't live up to past visits to other Sonics. Looking at other peoples reviews, I wish we would have looked prior to posting and would have chosen differently.

  We ordered four double cheeseburger meals when we got our order we were missing the fries the lady at the window tried to tell us that we didn't order fries I told her that we ordered the meals we got our drinks and the burgers she made us pay for our fries again separately The manager was very rude and two of the double cheeseburgers had no cheese on them, when we finally got our fries they tasted like they've been cooked in dirty oil they were very small pieces and very hard. I will never come back to this place again they need better management and people who know what they're doing.
