    Worst customer service I’ve ever had. The guy that took my order a few minutes ago rushed us through ordering and when we got to the window no one acknowledged we were there until we waved a girl down. She came to the window with the rudest personality and said “yeah”. She also had long painted fingernails with nail polish and no gloves. 🤢 I would be so embarrassed if this was my establishment.

    Hay algún problema por que sea latino y no sepa hablar inglés que me tiran l ventana en la cara por que no se hablar inglés de paso me insultan me dice grosería por supuesto que se la devolví pero vean los video para que vean los gesto de su empleado entiendo no es culpa de ellos es el restaurante que tienen poco personal para dar un buen servicio

    Its always something at this place. I understand these people are busy but the last few times I’ve gone my chili cheese dog was nasty, my cherry limeade was nasty—tasted like soda water and old limes and then I waited over 30 minutes tonight for 3 shakes for an uber order, I asked the guy if they forgot and he through his hands up and said “they’re out now ok!” To be honest a simple “I’m sorry” would have made me feel better but to throw your hands up and argue with a customer after you literally just costed your customer money is not ok. Both he and the girl working tonight were rude and seem to have no customer service skills.

    Please do us all a favor. Just close the location. Its not going to get any better. Annndddd que the auto generated response "were sorry you had a bad time" don't be sorry, dont apologize, do something.

    I had an incredibly rude and frustrating experience here. We pulled up with only two cars ahead of us and no one behind, so there was no reason for things to feel rushed or chaotic. When they first took our order, we started with one item, but then there was complete silence. No response at all. After a pause, the employee came back on the intercom and abruptly said, “Go ahead, I had to do something else,” as if we were the inconvenience. When I repeated the order, he immediately became irritated and hostile. He snapped at us, saying we couldn’t order a number 1 or 2, and insisted loudly that he had already told us that. I calmly apologized and explained that I hadn’t heard him say that, but instead of clarifying, he raised his voice even more and kept repeating himself in an aggressive, condescending tone, emphasizing that he had said it “loud and clear.” The situation felt completely unnecessary and uncomfortable. At that point, I simply said “okay, thanks” and drove off. I won’t be returning to this location after being treated that way.
