  Never received my order! 12am, night of 6th morning of 7th, At location, Confronted both the manager and assisted manager and was swore at and refused both my meal and my refund. Told me f*Off and slamed location door in my face. It was so hard I thought the door was going to shatter. Bad Bad Bad....stay away! Gangsters! I will be contacting Corporate of refund and report grievances!!! (This story is longer and even more GROSS than what stated here!) I did eventually get a refund. But It will be a LONG TIME before I will let this happen again! 😱🤑😰 Wife says, "That where our complaint comes in. They def wont pay ud for that or they will try to give us a gift card... and i won't take it because i will never eat at any of them ever"🫪 To the Owner: Get a new REAL QUALITY TEAM! Your reviews 😒 PS: Calling Corporate Sonic after multiple attempts routed me to an Asian over seas call center! 😒👎

  I just waited over 45 minutes to get my order as I watched the drive thru getting care of first. Anyone that was in a stall was sitting there a very long time. When I finally got the order the girl shoved the drinks at me spilling a pop all over me and my car and never apologized. This place sucks, I have been to many sonics and this one is the worst. Whoever owns this one needs to do better.

  We ordered our shakes, paid for them, and waited, and waited, and waited some more. Finally, we buzzed the clerk and she said they were short handed and that they could no longer walk our order out. I offered to come get them, but she said the only way to receive our order was to get in the drive thru. The drive thru was now 15 cars long. We got in line, waited, only to get to the ordering window to find out that they canceled our order. Awful, awful service.

  I was happy that I received a gift card from helping my sister and her family when they went out of town. So I stopped at Sonic around 9pm and ordered a Angus steak burger with cheese and tots with a side of onion rings. I got a combo medium with a cherry flavored sprite. I got it home and I was wondering first of all where's the napkins and then I didn't have any dipping sauce for the tots and onion rings and no mint in the bottom of the bag or a marrachino cherry 🍒 in the sprite. I used to go to Sonic all of the time when I used to live in Oregon and CA and I would have those things I just mentioned without having to "ASK" FOR THEM. I COME HOME TO BILLINGS HEIGHTS AND I HAVE TO ASK FOR THEM? I DEFINITELY GET EVERYTHING I WANT AT ARBY'S, WENDY'S, MCDONALD'S AND EVEN DAIRY QUEEN! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE HEIGHTS SONIC DRIVE IN.

  Went to Sonic last night and it was absolutely terrible. We waited in line for over an hour in the drive thru and most people ended up just leaving. There was 4 people in there just kind of looming around, not knowing what they were doing. The food was over cooked and had been just sitting around under a warmer, so it was not good by the time they finally got it out to us. Called the manager today, she tried to make an excuse that the ice cream machine was down, but that was irrelevant. Not sure what that has to do with the almost non-existent service the night before. Being as I've worked in food service, I'm baffled at how ridiculously slow it was. I don't recommend going there unless you want extremely poor service, terrible tasting food, and an ungodly wait time in the drive thru. Hands down, one of the worst experiences ever, if i could give it no stars, I would.
