  Nothing like arcade or games for kids at this location unfortunately. They slowly put pizz out kind of. Best Pizza by far unfortunately was the cheese pizza so that's just sad. Don't beleive I would go here again unfortunately.

  Decent food options. Food was warm and fresh. Pizza needs more ingredients. Fresh brewed ice tea is great!

  Everything from the complacent mindsets and attitudes of most of the employees, to the places being absolutely trashed when I walked in with many food scraps all over the entire floor at 7:00pm when I walked in that was worse than I've ever seen at any Pizza Ranch in the entire country which I've been to and I've been to many in Minnesota, both the Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, Montana here in Billings amd elsewhere, this place was absolutely disgusting with garbage all over the floors and counters in the cafeteria and bathroom, as well as the employees lied to me because before I paid I checked to see what was for dinner this evening and they told me they'd be bringing out more pasta after it was done being prepared and then I asked again and they said no more pasta for the night because they were out for some reason, as well as an employee said they've been out of sweet tea for a number of days, and then I noticed they'd run out of straws and take forever refilling the straw dispenser, and the big salad bin was left almost empty of iceberg lettuce for the longest time, while employees were either in back just talking as you could see them through the doors to the kitchen or they were just pacing around the dining room almost harassing me about taking my plates and shit when I had just sat down with more food, they literally felt like stalkers chasing me down, while they all the while should have been sweeping and wiping down all the messes everywhere and working harder to keep the different things stocked in the cafeteria and elsewhere, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Pizza Ranch and I'm not from Montana but have eaten here at this location in the past and it definitely wasn't the greatest experience and so I felt obligated to making this review for the company, franchisee, management to all see so theyd have the opportunity to make a bunch of corrections for the future so they can provide a better experience for first timers as well as repeat customers because I no that I will never be back to this location ever again as they were out of to many things, lied about that, the place was like a 3rd world country being absolutely trashed with garbage all over and being bugged at my table like 5 times in a short matter of time, and even when i had food on thos plates. It seriously was the weirdest experience I've had at almost any restaurant in my 50 years traveling all over. I will also be reaching out to Pizza Ranch corporation itself to directly let them know the issues that I had to endure because they outta know about this type of experience because this is one of those where they've lost my business and likely lose the business of others under the pretty terrible conditions and being out of enough items was really just pretty crazy, so corporate gets calls and emails so they can contact this locations franchisee in order to make things better for others visits here in the future. And then what a waste of food at the end of the night there was barely anyone else here after 8pm but all the food bins on the hot food bar are almost completely full which really hits the food cost harder so I though that was really kind of crazy to, just something for the franchisee and corporate to consider. I just think that this particular location is pretty well mismanaged in different ways for sure without doubt. Oh, and the little pizza I ate all seemed rather cold for some reason none of it ever came out very hot or even to warm, and I never really go to Pizza Ranch for the pizza as I go for chicken and other stuff on the hot bar but I do eat some pizza sometimes and I never eat the salad bar stuff as salad really has little to no nutrients or nutritional value and is just a filler which I want protein or substance.
