  We asked for a large meat lovers woth pepperoni only on half. Meaning a whole meat lovers but half the meat lovers doesn't have pepperoni. We get home and it was a half pepperoni and half meat lovers. I called to see what they could do and got a "so what do you want to do? Remake it or get credit" in a very condescending tone. And I told him I didnt want to drive back doen there so please a credited. And I hear the man who range us our "whaaaaat that LADY is made the meat lovers half pepperoni for?" In an annoyed attitude. As management these employees need better training

  Lynn at the Grand location is always so lovely and encouraging when our daughter brings her Reading Achievement coupon in for a free kid’s pizza. She always gets our order right, and the service is fast, and it’s a clean kitchen. Pizza Hut isn’t even our favorite pizza - but we keep coming back because of Lynn.

  About half a year ago, we ordered a pizza for delivery that was never delivered and we didn't receive our money back. Despite calling multiple times and receiving reassurance a refund was on its way. We will never order from here again.

  Very courteous and professional staff. For example, today there was an obviously fake Pizza Hut coupon and even though I wanted free pizza they very politely said dude. This is a fake coupon. We cannot honor it right from the drive up which was nice of them to do but I wanted free pizza but it didn't happen but they still were very professional about it LOL
