  Arther the manager was extremely disrespectful when I called to ask a simple question. Maybe the people who are doing the training need to do a course on customer service and phone etiquette

  I placed an order at 7pm for 8:15pm. It was a later time than if I would have pressed order now so I assumed it would be close to on time. The app never worked, because it never does, not this locations fault and it wasn’t a big deal. Instead I had to call to check on my order. I called and asked about my order at 8:26, was told it was waiting on a dasher to show still. I live 15 minutes from this location. I asked so that meant it had been sitting there most likely 25 to 30 minutes already and that’s unacceptable for a pizza especially not being updated what so ever from the company. I told the employee the app didn’t work and he told me it did, ok? Obviously it didn’t work, I’ve ordered from papa John’s probably north of 50 times and go to other locations all the time, and sometimes it doesn’t work, not a big deal but to tell me it does work when it in fact did not is crazy. The papa track opened once and I spent 15 minutes trying to get it to work from 7:45-8ish and nothing helped even going online. Employee was consistently rude, I asked if he was the manager and was shocked when he said yes. I genuinely would not have cared or left a review if he would’ve been nice and apologized for at least the minimum of giving an update on the fact my pizza 100% would have been cold once I got it. Additionally, telling me you’re busy on a Wednesday night when I ordered a pizza over an hour before and planned a time is crazy, and when I brought it up he had nothing to say, obviously. He should never manage a location of anywhere, the most unprofessional person I’ve ever spoken to. He would have been unprofessional if he were a teen employee. Shocking coming from a company I normally have great service from in other locations. Genuinely ruined my night just from being unnecessarily rude, get new managers or at least train them to not be insanely rude to a customer who just straight up said it’s crazy to not tell me my order was going to be 30 minutes past a set time and 2 hours past the order time.

  I ordered 1/2 and 1/2 the meats and the works and I did not get that. when I was placing my order the lady was to concerned about the special and did not care about my order they need to practice on there customer service. so have paid for a pizza that I can not eat. we are here visiting. and ill never eat there again. one of the wort places to eat.

  Yall are too hard on this poor guy who is working his best to make delicious pizza. Ignore those haters, this place is fantastic!

  If you don’t tip them, they burn or over toast your sandwich. That’s on me I guess.
